Every week, our high school students visited Mr. Nudleman's class bringing new activities and lesson
plans. Topics included exploring problems and possible solutions to issues such as climate change, energy efficiency, and handicapped accessibility. Over a period of three months, the students got to demonstrate their solutions by designing, constructing, and programming buildings using Lego WeDo 2.0 sets, allowing them to learn the basics of coding and robotics. At the end of the project, the students presented their buildings to their classmates, teachers, principals, and even to the City of Miami Beach Mayor and Commissioners.
This project was done in partnership with the City of Miami Beach.
